PD & EMS Rules

PD RULES
  • Firing towards PD (Safe Zone) is FRP. If PD cannot leave the PD Safezone, they may fire out but can only hold the area for a maximum of 20 minutes.
  • PD can arrest a player with a government-issued warrant anywhere (Safe Zone, Gang House, City Limits).
  • If a player is not part of an ongoing robbery or shooting situation, getting involved is FRP.
  • If caught with an illegal weapon in public, PD can handcuff and confiscate the weapon.
  • All on-duty officers can be involved in unexpected or 144 situations.
  • On-duty PD officers cannot be taken hostage or kidnapped.
  • Taking a hostage against PD for resources or cash is FRP.
  • Dead players cannot re-enter PD situations unless revived by CMD (suspect may flee but cannot attack PD).
  • If revived by Combat Medic, you must surrender and cannot flee.
  • No re-initiation after 144. Open war cannot be declared against PD.
  • PD may impose jail time (15–30 mins) for cop baiting or unwanted triggering.
PD HIERARCHY
  • PD hierarchy is not based on numbers or gun power. Even a single PD officer must be respected.
ENGAGING PD
Players may fire at PD only if:
A) PD initiates firing.
B) PD declares 144 during active city firing (only those involved may engage).
C) An arrest warrant or wanted action is initiated against you.
  • If PD attempts to arrest you for a crime, you may flee but must not fire.
  • If wrongly cuffed, you may explain with proof or raise a complaint with POV.
  • Following PD commands is mandatory.
  • PD must be treated with respect.
  • PD cannot jail or fine without solid reason.
  • PD power misuse will face strict action.
  • PD will not respond outside city limits unless witnessed or informed.
  • Trespassing government areas is prohibited.
  • In water robberies, robbers must return to shore when announced (boats allowed only if pre-planned, swim max 5 mins).
PD PROCESSING RULES
  • PD can process robbers on the spot only for Shootout robberies (Dock, Factory Heist, Art Heist).
  • Store robberies must be processed strictly at Police HQ.
  • If PD wins a shootout robbery, PD must carry bodies outside the zone, revive with EMS help, and then process.
  • PD must strictly process outside the robbery zone.
PD CONDUCT & REQUIREMENTS
  • Attendance is mandatory for all PD meetings; only then will officers receive promotions.
  • Acquiring PD job and going inactive without any prior information: those officers will be blacklisted and jobs won't be given.
  • No Illegal PD RP.
  • There should be no changes in PD outfits.
  • Hair cut and hair colour should be professional.
  • Tattoos are not allowed.
  • PD officers must follow hierarchy and maintain proper communication decorum.
  • If any officers fail to adhere to the above rules, PD heads have the right to terminate them without any prior information.
EMS RULES
  • EMS will NOT revive carried or burnt bodies.
  • Stealing EMS vehicles is FRP.
  • Disrespecting EMS officers is FRP.
  • EMS will not attend illegal area cases.
  • On-site killings: body will be taken to hospital and revived.
  • If shooting for fun, EMS revives once with warning. Repeated names in MDT will not be revived.
  • If EMS revives you, you may continue situation only within 4-block postal area.
  • If revived by EMS in PD situations, you may flee but cannot fight PD (PD will use non-lethal force).
  • EMS must have minimum 4 units active in city.
  • EMS assets are non-transferable.
  • EMS units cannot engage in illegal activities on-duty. Off-duty illegal actions will lead to job termination.
