Ticket Rules
- Ticket should be raised within 1 hour of the scenario. If raised later, the ticket will be considered invalid and closed.
- The ticket form and proof must be updated within 1 hour of raising the ticket.
- Ticket should only be raised by the person directly involved in the scenario.
- The proof uploaded to ticket must contain all audio and full clip (no edits).
- The proof must belong to the person who raises the ticket. Video proof of other people will not be considered valid.
- Decision made by the ticket staff is final.
- Each ticket will take time to complete. Disrespecting any ticket staff or server staff will lead to permanent ban.
- Raising revenge ticket is prohibited.
Kindly be patient while the staff handles the ticket.
